Atlas member, Iva Vukušić, PhD candidate at Utrecht University and visiting fellow at King's College London, War Studies Department is presenting in early April in Leiden. The talk is on the mechanics of plausible deniability in the case of Serbian paramilitary units during the Yugoslav wars of the 1990s.
