BELOW ARE THE ATLAS ALLY TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY SIGNING UP TO BECOME AN ALLY, YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:

By becoming an ATLAS Ally you commit to promoting a feminist, transparent, and intersectional approach to international lawyering; and to encourage the centering of women at the core of policy initiatives.

We reserve the right to change the benefits that apply to Atlas Ally membership at any time and without prior notice.

We use our quarterly e-newsletter to keep in regular contact with you. We will use the latest contact information (both email and physical address) you provide us with and cannot be held responsible for any items which are not received if you change your contact details without notifying us.

ATLAS does not share your contact details with anyone else. You can view our Privacy Policy here.

ATLAS reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership if you, as an Ally, behave in a manner that contravenes our mission and values.

Force majeure – neither party shall be liable to the other for any delay or non-performance of its obligations by reason of matters beyond its control including, but not limited to, any act of terrorism, war, riot, civil commotion, compliance with any law or government order, fire, flood or storm, strikes, or any other industrial dispute, delay in transit, power failure, postal delay, or any event that cannot be reasonably be planned for or avoided. In which case, we will deliver as soon as is reasonably possible.

Membership does not entitle you to use the ATLAS logo or present yourself as representing ATLAS’ views unless you have obtained permission from the Co-Founders in writing.

Membership subscriptions will be taken on an annual or monthly basis based on the payment frequency you choose when you join. You can change the frequency of when you make your payment to us or you can cancel at any time by contacting Paypal, our payment platform. Whether monthly or annually, subscriptions will run indefinitely and will renew automatically unless you choose to cancel it.
